Did what they said they would do! I now have beautiful refurbished 60 year old hardwood floors. Dave Bailey and his crew are craftsmen, not just workers.

We had our floors refinished after well over 20 years. They were in bad shape. I am amazed at how nice they look now! The workers did a great job. They were polite, and cleaned up each day. We are very pleased.

Not the easiest to get ahold of to schedule or check on start times, but the work they did to refinish our hardwood floors was beautiful. Worth the 6 week wait. Professional workers, very neat and clean work.

Went here because I was looking for wood floors and figured since they'd been in business so long and had a good bbb rating they'd be decent. I walk in the building they have a bunch of samples I wait there a few minutes. There was another door that said office but the lady was talking to someone so I didn't want to be rude. Eventually get told to go make an appointment with the lady make it on my day off at 9 am. She takes down my information. So I get to the place Tuesday at around 9:03 apologize I was late a few minutes and the lady was nice and explained they were coming to my house. Would have been nice to know that beforehand but whatever so she calls dale lets him know I'm on my way. It's a very short drive so I get back at my house around 9:10 kind of expected them to be there so I give them a call. Apparentally dale was running late anyways so she asked if I could do 10:30. I'm already up so sure. 5 min later dale calls and says he'll actually be there at 10 ..awesome. 10 goes by. 10:30 goes by. 11 goes by I'm kind of annoyed at this point. So we call the office around 11:30 let them know we wouldn't need there services. Dale calls back about a minute later. We tell him the same thing. Dale then proceeds to say it's our fault for not being at the house when we were supposed to even though my fiancé was there the whole time tells us good luck and hangs up the phone. Didn't apologize for wasting 2 and a half hours of our time he just had a rude attitude and hung up. So I can't tell you how this places work is but I can tell you they're unorganized rude (apart from the secretary) and definitely not the type of business I want to work with.
