This store has the WORST customer service I've ever seen. Stay away from them, they will only give you headaches! I've bought a dishwasher online with Lowe's (NEVER AGAIN). When you buy online it gives you a few options at the end such as paying for your old dishwasher to be removed. So I paid more to have my old one removed and I assumed my new one would be installed since it didn't give me an option to pay extra for that. When they brought my new dishwasher they said I didn't pay to have it installed and that they couldn't take my old one. So when I call them I am notified that I have to drive 25 minutes to the closest Lowe's in order to sign a contract to buy the installation (It's 2018, how come this is not an online process?). So I do all that. Eventually my husband was able to install it, since it would take over a week for them to come. I was able to cancel my installation with no issues but they never called me or came to pick up my old dishwasher. When I try to call the store I keep being "transferred" but in the end they always send me back to the operator. Its infuriating! So when I ask to talk to a Manager today I am told that there's no manager and he/she will only be back on Monday? How is this possible?! How are they running the store? There HAS to be someone that can assist with customer complaints/ issues. Honestly they DO NOT wanna assist their customer and couldn't care less. So now I have paid for a service and probably will never receive it. Great job Lowe's!

The majority of the cashiers here are young and have absolutely no personality or manners. I have bagged my own items and taken my own receipt the last two times I've been there due to the cashiers either smacking their gum while they wait for me to move out of the way or immediately call the next person forward as if I'm inconveniencing them by shopping there... I can't even get a "have a nice day" from the staff. I'll take the extra 5 minutes to drive down the road to Home Depot from now on.

Found what I was looking for after searching out someone to help me. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product. Problem is the prices are too high!

I went just to browse today. I had a few questions and every employee I spoke to was more than helpful. They seemed to go out of their way and were very knowledgeable in the individual subject matter. Much better than their leading competitor down the street.
