Andy P. was extremely helpful in assisting us in Windows and Doors department with our purchase of two storm doors. On our initial visit, Andy wrote up the order to have COP come out to our property to take official measurements for the estimate and determine what else would need to be done to repair the area prior to installing each door. The estimate was completed in a timely manner and today we chose the doors and paid for everything. Soon the installer will contact us to schedule an installation date. Very fast, informative and painless process. Extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service.

This Lowes was pretty small. I did not walk completely through the store. The shelves were pretty bare in spots.. This may have been do to the seasonal change of merchandise.

I absolutely HATE coming here, and I've had to come in a lot here lately. It seems like when you know what you're after and where it is there will be 10 employees that stop you to ask if you need any help. On the other hand, just about every time I go in this store not knowing exactly what I need to properly do the job, or have trouble finding what I need or questions about an item it's like a ghost town in there. Went in the other day to get bags of floor mud and mortar mix and had to lift the 50 and 80 lb. bags to the cart myself & when the cashier asked a passing employee to help me to my car & load them he stopped just long enough to tell her he couldn't, he had to pull an order for pick up. So I told the cashier not to worry I could manage and proceeded to load the bags of concrete mix into my vehicle alone. I just barely managed and had to have my husband unload the 80 lb bag for me after coming in from work. Honestly I travel to Home depot in Grove City instead if & when I have the time.

I got everything I expected here. Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Prices are a bit high but just what I expected from this chain. I purchased a Troy Built Mustang mower and we have not had a single issue with it. I would recommend this location to anyone.
