Lowe's Home Improvement

Very unprofessional lower management, not experience on resolving issues that arise with the products they sell, and worsened the issues by not being properly trained and professional. On site manager refused to exchange a product that the "authorized repair dealer for Troybuilt" deemed junk . Repair dealer did 60 others in 2018 with no issue until mine. I did not purchase their extended store warranty at South Lebanon . After all a product should last when it carries a regular warranty. (Manufactures covers every part, except the parts that actually break down, proven through experience and following up with the warranty programs) My husband had issue with store manager not resolving the issue and being argumentative. ( Husband was led to believe she was the main store manager.) I spoke with her on phone after contacting the authorized repair dealer to address and resolve "her issues" for denial , which repair dealer said they never had this issue arise and suggested I go to different Lowe's location, as they didn't know why she was denying this. During my phone conversation with her and getting no where she stated, "she had a manager above her", who I immediately and repeatedly asked her to speak to. (at least 4 times) only for her to deny me that and tell me she would speak to her manager. Very unprofessional, as she cant speak for me, I can speak for myself. I went to another Lowe's and issue was handled properly. I also called Lowe's customer service, explained everything to him and he told me I would be getting a call within 24 hours. ( he was very professional and listened and followed through as he should) South Lebanon Lowe's store manager did call me and he was very professional. I let him know about the treatment we received and he spoke with the girl who had created such a bigger issue than the one on hand. He also did not know she had denied my husband and myself access to the actual store manger. I do believe after our conversation he will train his staff to better address the problem and work to a resolve customers issues with products. My issue was resolved at a different Lowe's location by the time I had spoke with the main store manger. I shop Lowe's and spend a small fortune there, yearly. I will still shop Lowe"s, (just not the South Lebanon Store), due to the professionalism and respectful service I received from the other Lowe's individuals who were properly trained and followed through. Also heard many other stories of bad service from people I know who have shopped South Lebanon Lowe's .when I shared this story.

***This location*** cares about their customers and the condition of their store - it's well lit and clean (even the bathrooms). I've literally driven by other Lowe's and their competition to shop at this store because they have nice people working there, and if something goes wrong with something you bought, they bend over backward to "make it right." I always see the same people working there, and they recognize me - it feels like home when I'm there, and I *usually* don't have trouble finding help or advice on the rare occasion that I need it. They also helped build the baseball diamond for our local little league team, so I try to keep my business with them.

One of the better Lowe's I have been to. Big store, all the merchandise, shopping sections, easy to see and get to from the road, huge parking lot, and everything handicap accessible. The store was spotlessly clean,well organized, stock in the bins they were supposed to be in, and very friendly AND knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

It's a lowes with your usual home improvement store items. It is near impossible to find what you want for a normal person, and harder to find employee who can help you. Whenever we are there, there is always a customer pinging the intercom for help over and over. Our last visit was no different, and once I was the person paying for help with no response. The store is fine if you know what you want and where it is, but I wouldn't rely on staff assistance.

Been to this store, only reason i put 2 stars was because the store is clean. There’s barely any staff here that are willing to help you. Management is so-so. Service desk staff just socializes and doesn’t help if it gets busy. Selection of items is ok. Only go here if it’s last hope.
