If I could give it 0 stars I would.Had 2 different bad experiences with this Lowe's. The first was with delivery issues of a washer and dryer only one got delivered late. Was suppose to be delivered on a Saturday, they called AFTER there time window asking to deliver it the next day which I agreed too seeing as there was no other option. Then Sunday came and only the washer was delivered. The second is what I'm putting up with now. Order patio doors back in October took over a month and us asking for a refund to just get the contractor out to measure for the doors. Doors were ordered, paid for, and delivered back in November. Here it's December contractor still hasn't called I've called customer service multiple times and still no resolution to the problem. Still no doors. Don't waste your money here better to go anywhere but here. Update (1/28/18): Ended up canceling the doors and getting a refund. Got sent the wrong doors 1/20/18 which they wouldn't reorder until they picked up the wrong doors. Of course had issues with the pickup people as well i.e. giving a pickup window and no show no call. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

The location works well for me and they usually have what I need at a reasonable price. The store is pet friendly so I usually bring my dog, much to the delight of employees, and the dog. I'm giving an extra star for this. While the employees are usually friendly enough, only a handful really seem to know their stuff if I have any technical questions. Over the last year I've noticed a lot of new faces there, seems to be a high turnover rate of employees and I think that is hurting the quality of service. If you call in and try to get the customer service desk on the phone or a knowledgeable person in any department, you will be on hold forever, the call dropped, or transferred a bunch of times. Also, like a lot of big box stores, they have plenty of checkout lanes yet most times only a few are open so you wait in line for a long time.

This store does not know what they are doing! I placed an online order and received an email it was ready to pick up. No one knew where it was. I called 5 days later and the guy said he found it. One hour later went there to get it and it’s lost again! It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting on my refund for the order they lost! 2 months ago I had ordered shades and I’m still waiting on the large one! It’s apparently on back order but no one called to tell me that. I called a week after getting the others to find out this information.

Had a great experience. Everything was in stock, quick and easy to get to, and nice greeting and cashier. Nothing to complain about at all.
