We walked into Harry's Corner a couple of weeks ago. We knew pretty exactly what we needed, and were pleasantly surprised when Eddie took us directly to what we asked for without trying to "up-sell" us. The price seemed pretty reasonable, and less than we had feared, so we placed the order immediately. The technician who came to measure our space was quick and efficient, and called before he arrived. He answered all our questions and gave good advice as to what to move. We were already feeling pretty comfortable when Tyler and Larry arrived yesterday to install our new carpet, and, to cut right to the chase, Tyler and Larry flat knocked it outta the park! They moved all the furniture into spaces I wouldn't have believed would fit. They had the old carpet and pad up and at the curb before I finished a cup of coffee. Then they spent, patiently, as much time as it took to clean all the residue of 30-year-old rubberized flooring, leaving the floor cleaner than I've ever seen it. I did about an hour of yard work and came in to find the new carpet nearly finished. I've been around all the edges and (formerly) trouble spots, and I cannot find a single flaw in the job. I will enthusiastically recommend Harry's Corner to anyone who asks. Aces, Guys!

Bad bad bad. The installer for our bathroom flooring was not employed by Harry's. He said he was helping them out. He has his own business and will help Harry's when they beg him to. He let it be known that he really didn't want to do it. The old flooring was supposed to be removed he did not do that. We don't know what he did when he put the toilet back but a plumber said it was not leveled. We believe the old flooring still down is keeping the toilet from leveling out. Called Harry's about him not removing the old flooring and all they did was refund 31 dollars. Will never use them again . This is the second problem with Harry's that we've had.

The carpet looks good and we already had a spill and it didn’t stain, so the carpet is quality. I will never use Harry’s again simply because of the amount of damage caused to my walls by the carpet layers. Huge gouges, need to spackle and repaint. The carpet layers left cigarette butts in my driveway, drank a 12 pack of my soda in my fridge, and cracked a piece of furniture. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend.

Out shopping for a new refrigerator we wound up buying an entire house of carpeting. I think we have problems with focus. Harry's (Eddie) is as focused as we were not. He asked relevant questions and rapidly helped us narrow down a carpeting choice for the main floor. Before I knew what happened we had bought carpeting for the entire house. It needed it and they offered a great purchase and install package. Harry's had installed the carpeting in my basement (a similarly rapid process) and then came out and stretched it after our water pipe cracked (blue max) and overwhelmed the sump. Both good experiences. The service, not the water. First they installed downstairs (ask for Tyler) and then about two months later we were ready for upstairs (Tyler again). Upstairs was a day and half long process. All went smoothly and Tyler even found a long lost silver necklace while he was pulling up the old carpeting. They will move the furniture for you but I recommend, for your own peace of mind, to box up and move as much as you can ahead of time. It makes the process very smooth, help you de-clutter, and certainly puts the install crew in a good frame of mind when they see you did your part.

So angry right now. Our carpet was to be installed today but the installers were sent with incorrect information about what they were installing. Our carpet was to be installed on concrete..not the correct tools sent. They did not have the correct amount of carpet for the stairs and they didn't know that they were doing stairs. We live in a trilevel with most of the floor plan on the lowest floor. The carpet was being installed on the lowest floor and everything was torn apart. When I complained to the store. I was pretty much told to suck it up. I have dealt with this company for 20 years...... Here we are one year later and I want to update this review. A few weeks ago I got to really looking at my carpet and I was totally disgusted. It was worn and looked awful. Not at all like a plush expensive carpet should look that was less than a year old so I called Harry's carpet and whoa! What a delightful surprise! After a little bit of conversation and a couple of pictures they contacted the manufacturer and low and behold my carpeting has been totally replaced free of charge! It looks amazing! The installation was awesome. This guy was on top of his game. Had all of it done including the steps in 4 hours. Just goes to show you instillation is everything.thanks Harry's you have totally redeemed yourself in my book! You have won me back as a customer.
