Very pleased with the results. Majority of the low reviews involve issues with the installation by contractors, who can be third-party contributors vs. direct employees. I think that’d be difficult for any large company to manage. Take reviews with a grain of salt... Sometimes they are used as blog opportunities to express personal opinions. That’s unfair and can cause damage. They are a great company with quality products.

Very poor communication and attention to the customer. Installer came out to measure my home and forgot to measure the bathroom floor which he was told needed measured for new flooring. It took this company at least 2 weeks to call me back to set up another appointment to measure the bathroom floor. It was irritating to even have to make a second appointment. In the meantime, I went to another local, very reputable carpet and flooring company and bought my carpet, etc. The new company was very prompt and wanted my business. If this is the way JP Flooring treats their customers, they will not be in business long term. There are too many other good companies out there to choose from. This company is also a contractor for Lowes. I notified Lowes about how I was treated. Do NOT use this company for your new carpet/flooring.

I have rarely been as vexed with a company as I have with JP Flooring. Their sales process is smooth and the salesperson is knowledgeable, which will make you feel like the rest of their service will be good. Please do not be disillusioned. They did a poor job of installing the flooring. We had paid for half the job up front and they charged our credit card for the remainder of the work without authorization and without our approval of the work. We have called numerous times to have them fix the issues, which are easily repaired, with no response. We had also been foolish enough to contract them to do some tile work in our bathroom. They didn't clean or seal the tile, which we expected them to do. Again, no response to numerous calls. I like a good deal, but I wouldn't use JP Flooring again if they were half the price of their competitors. 11/22/17 Follow-up: After less than three months in the house, we already have cracks in the grout of the tiled shower walls. We continue to see more indications of poor workmanship than good and, of course, the customer service is non-existent.

Communications were not handled appropriately be this business. We ended up having to call so many times to follow up that we quickly gave up on them and are now in search of another company to do the job.
