Tonight I gave the Home Depot only two stars comma because we're walking around everywhere and there was hardly any help available. When we do find someone to help us, they didn't even know how to help us. Yes, eventually we did get help that we needed, but that was after walking around the whole store two or three times. The Home Depot's prices are pretty good though. I'll probably go back, but I hope there's more help next time. It seemed like they were all migrating to one particular area of the store. The employees need to be around each department.

Always find what we need to at competitive prices. Items are always in stock, store is near and clean and employees are often cheerful. No issues quick in and out trips.

Only place to get sump pump needed. Hard to get someone to help except in keys. Way to big n hard to find stuff. Prices are a bit high.

Never anyone around to help. Also was on hold for 30 min for 1 simple question to see if something was in stock. Terrible attitude at service desk and call was never even answered in the department.

I don't usually like to go to the depot because I have always had a great relationship with the competition and I just go to home depot when it is necessary but for the most part I have had a good experience with the depot and would be happy to send people in general, or my customers there to pick out what they want. Thank you for the good service!
