Jim and Jessie are absolutely fantastic their team installed carpet in our master bedroom. Everone is very polite courteous and extremely professional in every aspect. I'm looking forward to doing business in the very near future.

We are a very busy dental practice that has undergone a major expansion/renovation project twice over the last 7 years. We used Biviano’s both times for all our flooring needs. Biviano’s was very professional in all our communication. There was always a very quick response time to all our questions and needs. The team that came to our office for installation was polite and clean. We were still able to operate our business while they were working and not even know they were there. Overall I would rate Biviano’s with 5 stars! I would recommend them to anyone whether doing a small or large project, residential or commercial. I would encourage you to visit their amazing showroom to see the large selection of flooring and a variety of other products. Thanks Biviano’s!!

Not much service in the store. When we did make a selection, we set up an appointment for an in home visit. The sales rep was late by almost 40 minutes to our scheduled in home appointment. When they did show up they did not bring the sample we had choosen. They stated that they loaned it to another customer (in the store we were told we were not allowed to take any samples home with us). They brought one sample with them that they claim was "simular ". To state it politely, we were very disappointed and could not reccomend them. From our experience I would have to give them D rating.
