I look online for what I need then I go to the store. The people who work there have always been very nice to me. They have always helped me with whatever I have been looking to buy, from walking me to the item, to making sure I am buying the right thing for the project I'm working on, to offering tips to make it easier, to helping me stay within the budget I have. Josh, one of the Managers, is absolutely great. One of the nicest, friendlest, helpful guys there.

Staff is always very helpful, they have a nice selection for all projects. We bought all brand new kitchen appliances here last year and the sales person was very helpful and friendly. Installers were great (we did have a slight issue with what item was being delivered when but the store immediately corrected it and made it right). We go here for almost 90% of our project needs

Went here recently for washing machine. Great selection! Good prices. Was interested in a washing machine without the agitator! The friendly and knowledgeable staff explained the differences and got me on the right track! I bought one with a agitator! I'm very pleased!

Our go to for any of are home repair needs! They have a wide variety of tools, appliances, and outdoor equipment along with seasonal goods for the Holidays. In the Spring they have a great outdoor section for plants. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful.

Incredibly slow service. No one wants to help you. Online ordering logistics are horrific. Shop somewhere local. Don't give any money to the Hermitage Lowes.
