I work in home improvement for a premium window and door company so my standards and expectations are pretty lofty. DJV Carpet not only met but exceeded every one of them by a mile! From my initial experience w Greg (sales) to conversations w the owner, Dan, down to the install done by James, the entire experience was smooth and flawless. James even came out on his day off to make some adjustments and then came out a 3rd time to finish off a closet space for me which wasn't even part of the initial plan. Can't say enough good things about this company. I rarely give recommendations but DJV Carpet is a company I will never hesitate to point others in their direction. You are in great hands with DJV!

I don't even know where to start! Hands down, a TERRIFIC experience from start to finish!! Greg was knowledgeable and so very helpful while making our choice for our new carpet, not to mention extremely patient with my indecisiveness. He was always available to answer our questions with graciousness and reassurance as well as made the whole experience fun!! Sam came out to measure and was as kind and professional as they come, providing us with information every step of the way. The installers, Ed and Nate, were phenomenal and courteous... and extra kudos as they both have great music choices too! Linda always made our day with her pleasant demeanor, always making our calls and visits feel welcomed! Last but not least, I can't say enough about Sal - they broke the mold with this man and it is truly obvious that his values and traditions carry on through his family!!! Thank you, DJV, for a job well done and for making this process extra special through all of you!

Djv Carpet was very helpful with my search for the carpet I really wanted! They were all very friendly and timely with their calls and assistance and answered all of my questions honestly. I had picked out my carpet, had the measurements done, and the carpet installed all in about 2.5 weeks! I was very pleased with their service and installation. They arrived around 8:30 am, removed all of the old carpet, tac strips, and padding. Then, had the stairs, hallway, and 2 bedrooms completed and the house cleaned up by 5 pm! Very pleased.

DJV was recommended to us by a friend, and they met all of our expectations. The employees were so helpful and friendly as we were selecting carpet and scheduling the appointment. We always knew what to expect next. They installing team was on time, completed the install quickly and well, and were respectful of our home. The carpet looks and feels great!

DJV was absolutely amazing. From the time I stepped into the showroom the service was wonderful. The people were so genuine and honest. They are prepared to keep the customers safe! The counters and entry door was wiped down and the sales team wore masks and social distancing was recognized and respected. Linda, Allen and Sal were there and they were busily answering questions and willing to recognize and match up the product to the clients taste by listening and achieving beyond my expectations. I respect a salesman that doesn’t try to sell me something that I really didn’t want. Allen was able to identify my taste, my budget and exceeded my expectations. Sal took the time to make sure we were happy about our purchase. And Linda was as friendly in person as she was over the phone. Seriously DJV sets the bar high, they truly know that fairness is priority.
