Very good salesman, but quality did not match the pitch. Very unhappy with the turnout. The contractor did not sand all of the floors smooth and now they have a ripple look. The finish was put on with little care. Contractor failed to adequately sweep up dust in between coats resulting in dirt and sawdust to be trapped under the poly coat. Ring marks were left in the floor from the poly finish can being set down. It took 3 months of calling the contractor in order to get someone out to just look at the problems, and then an additional two weeks for them to attempt to fix some of the problems. Their attempt to fix the floor failed and resulted in additional areas to look worse. The contractor sanding areas of the floor and failed to recoat them with poly resulting in dull, exposed spots in the floor. Don't waste your time with this company unless you like poor quality and lots of headaches.

I just had an awful experience with this company. I was very impressed at first. They returned my call promptly, the owner,Larry, was great to talk to when he arrived for the estimate. I received a call the next day to schedule the job. I was told the first available date was August 23rd which was a Wednsday. I told Becky that I work during the week so it would have to be the following Monday the 28th. So, today I called to find out what time you expect them on Monday because I had another appointment I had to reschedule. Before I could even finish my sentence Becky told me in an awfully rude tone that they came to my house and I wasn't there. I was stunned because I had been planning on them coming the 28th. I had painting done in the room, the furniture moved out, I was finishing a faux finish on the walls and I was hurrying to be done by the 28th. She offered me another date to reschedule but she had a terrible attitude and was downright rude and accusatory. As if I just blew them off today. She argued with me relentlessly that she had not made a scheduling mistake. The phone call ended with Larry getting on the phone and telling me to find someone else to do the job. I am still shocked that they treated me so poorly, no horribly. I told Becky that I couldn't believe how terribly she was talking to me. She still persisted to challenge me. AWFUL..AWFUL..HORRIBLE TREATMENT!! Do not even call them. They are a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Very very disappointed. He was a great salesman telling us he could get all the floors looking like new again and how professional they were. They were $300 cheaper then other estimates so we went with them. However, their promise did not match at all what they actually did. The stains they said would come out only faded, the floors were not sanded between Coates, there are still faded transitions In front of the closets where they did not get it sanded properly to match the rest of the floor. The floors are so rough that we can not even sweep because all the lint get stuck to the floor because they were not sanded properly and are very rough and unfinished looking. They did not get around the edges of the room properly with the sander so there is a bad looking transition there as well. The contractors also put drips and footprints of poly urethane down our hallway that was already previously refinished and also on our ceramic tile. We have called numerous times to get this resolved and they say someone will be out and weeks go by without anyone coming. They are also very nice on the phone until the job is done then they are very short with you once the job is paid. I would not recommend this company to anyone....ever. Please spend the extra $300 and get a contracting company that actually knows how to redo floors. Very very poor.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!Had my hardwood floors completely re-finished less than 4 years ago. All the finish is peeling and has zero shine, gloss, or finish. I called to see the warranty and or if they would stand behind there work, but they said well that never happened before so it must be my fault. It's falling off floors in non traffic spots and I paid thousands for 10yr finished
