Purchased our washer and dryer from Lowes because the prices were better. Turns out it wasn't worth it. They never contacted us for a delivery time, just called an hour before they showed up. They put 2 holes in our wall, which is just awesome. And the kicker was when we quickly realized (after doing one load of laundry) that they got the hot and cold hoses mixed up from the ridiculously short distance from the wall to the washer. The sales associate that helped us when we were buying was incredibly kind and helpful (Thanks, Deb. We would happily leave you a 5 star review). Other than that, I'd have to recommend Home Depot.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a dishwasher and installation through Lowe’s third party installer. Got an email that dishwasher was ready for pick up but the dishwasher wasn’t at the store when installers went to get it. Lowe’s was quick to charge my credit card for the purchase but had no explanation of where the dishwasher was. I took an entire day off work for the installation, then stood at the store for 30 minutes while 4 staff members bumbled around confused. One of them asked me repeatedly why I was cancelling the order. The dishwasher wasn’t at the store I kept telling her! I just wanted my money back, which eventually happened but what a waste of time. My new dishwasher will come from Home Depot. I will never spend another penny at Lowe’s.

Would give zero stars but cant. First off wanted to get an estimate on insulation everything was set up for sat may 5 2018, wasnt told about 35 dollar fee for an estimate at the store. Waited for an half hr over the appointed time today and no show up no calls nothing. Hard time getting ahold of anybody at the store. Finally the guy calls and says i have to get it in-store i am thinking i did go in store to set it up and on top of that there is 35 dollar fee that comes off the final price. Terrible service thanks for wasting my time!!! Wont be back!

Mrs. Cheryl really helpful, she make sure I have what I need. Updated : The girl at return table didn't accept my return because I had been use it but it didn't work properly. She said that against a policy even I just bought same day. I did make research about Lowe's Return policy and I didn't see that problem on policy. So disappointed.
