We had an extremely good experience with Nature Floors LLC. My husband and i had discussed refinishing our first floor (it is all hard wood) for several years. We had spoken to a few companies, but fortunately someone recommended this company and when they came for the estimate it was clear that (a) they were very knowledgeable and experienced, and (b) their price was reasonable for what they would do. This all turned out to be accurate. We vacated the house for basically 4 days (after moving everything to the garage) and they totally transformed our entire first floor (five rooms and a long hall) into a beautiful new-looking hardwood floor, better in appearance than it was originally. We cannot say enough good things about Nature Floors LLC.

I cannot say enough good things about Val at Nature Floors. I needed my hardwood floors buffed and polished before my condo sold. Walk through for the buyers was the next day. I hired a company that I found on the net, which was a tad cheaper; that company called me when they were done saying "there was a problem." The problem was that they screwed up, they made my floors look so much worse, and they didn't know how to fix them. At 4PM I called Val in a panic, asking if there was anything he could do. He was at my condo within the hour, and 3 hours later, my hardwood was beautiful...perfect and looked better than new. Nature Floors saved the day, saved my closing, and did a wonderful job. Best customer service I've ever experienced with great results.
