Have always used Lowe’s without much problem. But customer service is at an all time low. Ordered a washer dryer had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. When delivered the washer does not work. Have to wait another week for delivery of a replacement. Now when the deliver the only thing you are told is sometime between 8 and 5. Great way to spend 2 Saturday’s in a row. Thanks but no thanks no more appliances from you

Clerks were most helpful but when we went to check out his military id didn't give him discount. Now we need to go to courtesy desk to apply for it, to be able to get discount. That's a pain when we were on other end of store and unable to walk that far.

Heather was knew the product well. Gave me good insight how it could interface with my Harley. Made me feel welcome if I have questions or need other services.

Found everything quickly. Everything well stocked. No waiting at checkout. Had mulch loaded into my truck.
