Typical Home Depot. Seriously under staffed at this location. Also seems like it is not the place to go any more if you a question about a product. On the up side they have an awesome holiday decoration section! We always get a lot of decorations there. Also their after holiday mark downs are great.

I went for a specific item, the website (and store inventory system) indicated that there were 30+ in store. Eventually 3 very nice associates were all trying thier best to locate the item. It was never found, so I left and ordered it from an online retailer. Edit: I went back and the item was now back on the floor and easy to find even without enlisting half of the staff.

A shopping trip at HD should not include being roped into a high pressure sales pitch for a water filtration system. If someone comes up to you and asks you to answer their survey and then offers you water testing and a $20 gift card for it, decline and walk way. You will be subjected to a 2-3 hour high pressure sales pitch in your home for an overpriced system.

You will find what you are looking for. Your home needs are over there. Recommend it!

Absolutely ridiculous, asked two different people for help on a toolbox. Nobody bothered to even walk over, they just kept calling the same person I had been waiting on for 20 minutes, which at the time I tood them I’d been waiting for at least 10 minutes. Glad to see you guys prioritize and at least take the time to help a customer out. I seen plenty of freed up staff, If the staff memeber in that area was tied due to workload you’d think it would be a team environment and he’d get additional support.
