Lowe’s has provided us with the worst customer service we have ever received. On November 14th, a salesperson from the Cranberry store did a consultation for us for a new fence installation. He made the sale and after that, I had to reach out to him to receive updates on when our fence would be installed. First, we were promised an install date of December 17, 2017. Weather delayed all deliveries by one day so we were reassured our fence would be installed on December 18. We hadn’t yet lived in our new home where fence installation would be, so I had to take off a day of work to make sure I would be here for the installers. I met the installers and after about an hour, they discovered that the salesperson didn’t order the correct posts for us so they would have to reorder the parts. At that point, I was mad because I already took off a day of work so i went to the Cranberry Lowe’s to speak with a manager. The manager told me I would receive a call within an hour to discover when our installation would be. After 3 hours, nobody called so I called again and the salesperson told me “hopefully” our parts would be in by January 5. On January 2, I reached out to the salesperson to discover that the installers wouldn’t be working this week due to cold temps so our installation “should be” January 12, so that’s another day of work that either my husband or myself loses. Not once did anyone from Lowe’s reach out to us first to keep us updated on our order. We called the regional office to ask for the regional manager’s contact information which they were unwilling to give us. The admin there told us she would send an email summary to all parties involved of our complaint, but that never happened nor did she follow up with us at all. This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced and wish we would have used Home Depot or a local small business instead. Home Depot is definitely the way to go. It’s been nearly two months since we paid in full for our fence, but we still don’t have it. Never again.

I transferred from store #0012 in Lafayette IN to #0653. Only to be baited switched, harassed, discriminated against, lied to and worst of all I am a disabled (Bipolar) and educated out gay man. They cut my medical and did not notify me. I was getting started on my old workers compensation case because I still walk like a penguin. Sedgwick turn now the current case and my old one Ronettta Wilson from Sedgwick in Atlanta GA will not return my phone calls. Lowes is showing they do not care if you get hurt at there stores, period. Not only that the Republican Party (Trumpism) is through out the corporate world. Good Old Boy network, lowes corporate has it down to a science.

First of all I am a former assistant manager of Lowes home-improvement in cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Due to a serious accident I had I was forced to give up my position and resign because I instantly became disabled. Store 653 the store I once took pride in keeping clean, safe, and customer friendly. Is now a complete mess and very unprofessional. The vestibules are a wreck, carts all over the parking lot. I know I led by example and would go out and get carts from time to time. The lightbulb aisle, the main aisle when you walk in. Which should be A 1 looking and zoned and stocked every day was a complete mess! I was looking for a particular fluorescent lightbulb and noticed none of the bulbs on the shelf was in the right spot. If I was the district manager and I gave the store a surprise walk through. The ASM of that area would have gotten a written warning for that alone. Ok now my parents are remodeling their basement, so obviously they're going to go to lowes home-improvement. I went with them to make sure they got everything the wanted they were in The market for new flooring a new refrigerator And new lighting a big purchase! We first stopped at flooring my mom picked out the floor she wanted and went in told Lori she wrote down what my mom wanted in send out The installer to measure. He said he would have Lori call us with the price. We waited and waited but to no avail so we went in but we Waited there for twenty minuets no one would wait on us and the guy that was in flooring said he needed to put a carpet roll on the rack rather than wait on us! When I was there the customer came first and I'm sure that it didn't change. He was not waiting on anyone else or cutting carpet for an installer either! So another associate tried to help us but could not so we just left. We called the next day we figured then maybe we could get some assistance then, but after being transfered about 15 times back and fourth from flooring and front. We gave up! That is poor managing on the managers department I don't understand why wasn't transferred to an assistant manager That is poor managing on the managers department I don't understand why wasn't transferred to an assistant manager?why it went back-and-forth so many times like I said unprofessional and poor managing the store has gone way downhill since my day! Which brings me to this situation I just had when I went to the store three days ago we stopped in and picked our refrigerator out. Then went into fix this flooring issue we found out we had to pick out different flooring because it was too moist in the basement so my mom just wanted to carpet part of it now and not the whole thing, "it wasn't that complicated" my mom went and was looking at what she had picked out and as I stated before I'm disabled and I was sitting down near the flooring desk and I overheard Dave call the installer and say "what kind of day are you having, well you are not going to like this the Genevieve McHenry job you have to go remeasure" first of all I don't know why has to come out and remeasure.secondly I think that was very rude and unprofessional to do that in front of the customer. When I made A complaint to the assistant manager Brandon he was also rude and unprofessional I don't think he knew what he was doing he just basically laughed at my mother and I and said that he didn't think it was rude and unprofessional he said he thought he should've gone in front of us !I don't know who you people have running your stores over there? But I'm sure glad I sold all of my stock in Lowe's and I am now going to take my Business to Home Depot that sad because I never thought I would be the one to say be saying that I will never step foot into a Lowe's home-improvement again
