Terri Mattock

Posting on behalf of Thomas Smith: “I had Terri Mattock the Salesperson from Molyneaux [Cranberry] carpet and flooring come to my house with numerous carpet samples twice before deciding on the carpet I wanted. Terri is very professional and patient. I was told a date my carpet would be installed and they confirmed it twice with me. The installers were very professional and personable. The installation took much less time than I thought it would and my house looks amazing. My sister recommended Molyneaux to me and I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a very reasonable price. Thanks Molyneaux!” Thank you Tom for your review!

We had carpet installed in our family room in May. Colleen Small was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy what so ever! The installers were very professional and careful not to harm our baseboard. Everyone did a terrific job I highly recommend Molyneaux Cranberry. Thank you we love our new carpet!

We are very pleased with our new kitchen and living room floors. Dave Rosky was very accommodating in helping us select our options. Installers were exceptional going above and beyond. We would recommend Molyneaux to others.

My experience with Molyneaux was outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Colleen Small. While in the store, Colleen brought numerous carpet samples for me to peruse. Not only did she place them on the floor, but she also moved the samples around the store so that I could see them in different light. When she brought the samples to my home, she was enthusiastic and helpful. All details of the process from selection to installation was easy, pleasant, and transparent. The installers were courteous, efficient, and competent. They were also respectful of our home. I highly recommend Molyneaux!

We were thrilled with the customer service and product. Colleen Small was very helpful in regards for helping us pick the right type and even the color of our carpet. Fast forward to the install, the 2 man team couldn't have been nicer. Unfortunately they were unable to finish my project within one day, but they made it a point to explain the small snag, and the plan in place to finish the job. I will definitely use this company again, and recommend to anyone.
