Owner is jerk answering the phone. Left off the estimate schedule and he denied I had called. Installer had over 12 high oak boards they could not or would not fix. (Edges you would catch your feet on). They did not leave any left over boards for repairs. Called the jerk and all he said "none left over" They are that good estimate 480sq ft with 100 % accuracy.

Customer service is very poor. Try to have them come out to do some repair work. I went to the shop and they said they would and installer contact me. The installer contact me left me a message and said I have to contact the shop to set up another appointment. I contact the shop and then the owner hangs up on me. This was the second attempt to have Carol carpets come out and do this the first time my wife had the exact same experience.

I agree with Ben. Avoid at all cost. Terrible experience. Poor workmanship on my tile floor. Called to discuss issues I was having with the install. No return phone calls. The only time they called me was to ask for the balance due. They can't cut a tile straight. Awful. They also know nothing of the tile lippage standard. Overall not happy. I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. EVER! There would be no stars but it wouldn't let me choose zero.

Small store and not much selection. There are better choices.

Walked in to look at engineered wood flooring. Employee was on the phone. I saw where the flooring was so headed that way. Employee told the person he was talking to to hold on, then in a very annoyed voice asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he pointed to the direction I was headed and (again in an annoyed tone) said it was over there. I browsed for about 5 minutes with no assistance. I promptly walked out never to return.
