I purchased a few items online. I called to ensure that the order was received because I was coming on my lunch to get them. I even asked what the process was so that I could make sure I wasn’t late going back into work. This location is 2.5 miles away from the hospital I work at. I asked to speak to the STORE manager. Instead of telling me the store manager retired, I was sent to a regular manager at the store. I explained coming into the 43015 location that I was in a rush, I called ahead, and still had to wait and was late coming back into work. Even after saying this, nothing she said came off as sincere. As a first time (in a very very very long time) customer, I was not satisfied with this experience. If I had not spent the time and money there and was already made late to work, this stuff would be returned. Negative feedback has already been left on social media. I will not return back. I hope Julie is not going to be the full time replacement for the store manager either. I also hope Mr. Robert (Bob) Nelson actually handles this and works with this location on their customer service skills. The lack of customer service I received is only a reflection on him and the store. I have no intentions on returning back.

Overall I'm very happy with this store, their selection on items was very good although they did not have fish antibiotics which is what I was looking for. but I did end up picking up a calamus knife which was literally the sharpest knife I've ever had. nice little pocket got it for 10 bucks it was marked down off 15 I believe. A good selection of farm implements tools for tractors hydraulic lines that sort of stuff they had chickens in the back you could hear them cheeping. And alarge selection of screws and bolts and stuff like that. good amount of hard use Hard wear clothing. Very happy overall, oh and one thing importantly they have copies of the farm show - made it myself books. which are harder than heck to find. I'm going back just for those and a bunch of other stuff too honestly.

Store isn't always the most clean and it always seems to be out of sale items. Best dog food prices out of any farm/pet store though! Usually has a pretty good selection of items in $15 and under bins, everything from random tools to pet toys and treats.

Went to the store on W Broad street August 2nd. Could not find help. Seen 2 ladies in the back room talking. Asked cashier if he could page someone. He said yes but never did. Same cashier was rude. Then stopped my checkout to page for other people. Then took phone calls and held the line up again. Guess my money is not good enough for Tractor supply. Sad because we really like their dog food. Was even a rewards member.
