Very pleased with their work. We've had them out twice to lay carpet. Will definitely have them back.

Great product there installers are the best very curtious

I hired Mr. Potter and his installer at the time to install several hundred feet of tile in my office 6 years ago. They agreed to provide the labor and I was to supply the materials. After installing nearly half of the tile, they realized that the grout lines were off significantly, so they tore it all out and started over (should have been my first red flag), which obviously prolonged the project, wasted a lot of material at my cost, and I believe put them into a "Rush" situation. These problem areas have tiles that are higher than the others around them and the grout has been breaking up over time and am constantly sweeping up grout. Additionally, These areas oddly enough (no other areas) have creaked when walked on since day 1, but it wasn't until last year that I realized why the grout is coming out. (the creaking was because the tiles are rocking when they are stepped on causing the grout to fracture over time) Of course I brought this to Bryan's attention over a year ago and he told me he would come out to inspect it. Well, he never did. I called him again this week. Once again, he said he would call me back to set up a time to look at it. When he didn't call back, I left him a voice mail again. He then sent me a text message today and stated that my warranty has expired and that its not covered because I supplied the materials for the job (didn't realize this made a difference) He now wants me to pay him to inspect the affected tiles and give me an estimate to repair them. Not sure about you, but to me, seems as though he just doesn't care about his customers or the quality/longevity of his work. Sad....Wish it weren't so.
