We are thrilled with our new floors! Thank you Dan's Wholesale Carpet and flooring!!! They were so professional, quick, friendly staff, & best prices around! They took pride in their work like nobody I've ever seen! We love our new waterproof, scratch resistance flooring. They even have a masonry on staff who chistled out our fireplace for a fine finish!!

We had 1100 square feet of LVT installed by Dan's. They installed damaged pieces of planks(cracked corners) through half of the install, left blood on the floor, left dust/dirt/scraps on the floor and used my dumpster that I was renting without asking. Took their install team(their "best guys") one full week to come back and fix. I could not move any of my furniture in the house(newly bought home). After they came back to "fix" the flooring I was given a bunch of excuses about who's fault it was or wasn't. It would of been nice if they just said "Yea we messed up but we'll take care of it". The cuts for my vents are too big and I had to buy 8 new vents $$$. Some of the cuts along the wall were not a square with the wall and I had to buy a thicker baseboard. I had already purchased and painted some baseboards but now I have to get all new to match$$$$$. They left me with a tube of puddy that matches my floor and said if you see any cracks just use this.....wow. I got a good deal on the materials, Fred the sales guy was great, but the install team is terrible. Also, I had 30 days to pay after install, when the woman in the office called to collect, I told her I still had a week because they came back and did a re-install. Her reaction was "well....". She didn't care at all. No apology from anyone but Fred in sales. Terrible customer service. They passed all of their problems on to the customer. $5500 and was not treated very well at all. I would suggest staying away from their install team. Only buy materials from them, they do have some decent prices.

We had shopped around to Menards, Lowe's, and Home Depot. We kinda liked some stuff but nothing compared to Dan's. They have the biggest selection and are expanding to more locations. They have the same quality for cheaper because it's wholesale. Dan's will have our business for any flooring we need in the future.
