Have been wanting new floors for years. Joined Costco and they had a deal on flooring which happened to go through Carpets by Otto. Sales staff was pleasant and patient while I took sample after sample home and back. Even though the process was about 2 months start to finish it was worth waiting for. The installer (Shane) was awesome. This was not an easy job for him, lots of leveling and filling in, but his attention to detail did not go unnoticed and I was confident after the first hour of the 4 day install that all would go well. Highly recommend Carpets by Otto!

I hired a guy that works for Carpets by Otto, his name is Tony. He said he would do this one room as a side job. I prepped the room, cleaned the room and got the carpet ready but he was a NO CALL NO SHOW. I attempted to reach out again and again to Tony. On facebook you could see that he read the message(s) and still, he didn't respond. So I called where he works and they basically said that the guys that do side jobs are "busy and they can't really control that unfortunately" which tells me that its a common thing for them to do the side work but also to blow some of those people off. It boggles my mind that he said that to me over the phone, basically you are S.O.L. So I guess this review goes without saying, BUYER BEWARE of sidework or anywork at Carpets By Otto.

We are building a new house and our contractor sent us here to look at flooring. Of all the places we have dealt with building our house, Carpets by Otto, and especially our flooring consultant, Jen, have been the absolute most helpful in understanding our ideas on what we were looking for; and Jen came up with multiple thoughts and plans for us to contemplate as we went from room to room on our house plans. Her ideas were spot on, and she has a great eye for matching our floors and floor colors in one room with our ideas, furnishings, cabinets, built-ins, and flooring choices, for the other rooms, so that our whole house will have a great visual "flow." We feel that Carpets by Otto goes above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service, and anyone renovating an old house, or like us, building a new one, would be very well served to visit their showroom and talk to one of their experts, we are partial to Jen, but everyone we spoke with there was very knowledgeable, and they were all very willing to help out and answer our flooring questions. We ended up purchasing all our flooring here, and when we had an issue with one of the rooms Carpets by Otto sent out their repair team the very next day to resolve the problem. Who gives that kind of customer service nowadays? Well, we know of at least one company! Great job to all involved at Carpets by Otto, and to Jen in particular!
