This Lowe's is the worst. Unfriendly, rude staff. I always know what I am shopping for so I tried ordering online and picking up my orders. Big mistake, long waits at the online counter, even when no one is in front of you. My past several purchases were not pulled when I got there, even though I received the emails saying my orders were ready. I ended up pulling the orders myself, then had to wait for one of their rude associates to finalize my sale. It is faster to just go in and shop. Just had one of their clueless associates ignore me when I walked up to the online counter and wait on someone who walked up after me. I said excuse me, I was here first, she ignored me. Her manager Josh and another employee were standing at the other end of the counter when this happened, they walked away when I said I was here first. When she was done trying to help the other shopper figure out what kind of bug spray to buy, she walked over to me. I said that was rather rude, she said she did not see me, yet she looked right at me when I walked up to the counter. She has always been rude in the past so I asked to see a manager. Josh walked out and made a few excuses and then said he does not work the counter. I walked out and will NEVER shop here again! Home Depot in Bridgeville and in Washington are much more pleasant and attentive to their customers!

My rider mower had some problems. Decided it needed a tune-up and went to Lowe's for the parts. Lowe's had the parts that I needed - the mower is running again. Very good selection on whatever is needed and lots of parking.

I went to see what plants they had for the containers in front of my shop. They had a huge selection and some were quite nice. It was a busy day so no offer of help, I as a rule like Lowes though and I'm sure I will be there again at some point.

Great selection and customer service, though sometimes hard to find anybody to help while out in the aisles shopping.

I just left this place. Lowe's of Scott Township / Bridgeville. I could not have been more disappointed with the service. I went back to buy a flooring saw near the tile cutters. Waited around for about 10-15 minutes. Finally saw an employee. Ask him for help. He said I'll get someone from that department. He even stopped back to say he'll be right over. Waited a full 10 minutes no one ever showed. It dawned on me, that a previous order that this store had screwed up, may still be up in will call, I was after one saw and it was the only one they showed in inventory. By the way when I say they screwed up this order, they punched in my credit card number so many times that I put a hold on my card and took over 10 days to get the money released. But that's another story. I went up front to the will call section after I gave up on someone ever showing up in the tile section, only to be greeted by the most disinterested person I have ever met in my entire life. The look of contempt in her eyes was unbelievable as I tried to explain my situation. Finally I just told her forget it I'll walk away. At that point she pretended to care. She didn't care I proceeded to the checkout with my other stuff and when I'll go to Home Depot to get the flooring saw. Mark my words, the level of service that Lowe's gives at their stores is equal to what the service level was at Kmart 10 years ago. We all know what happened to the Kmart stores. If I didn't have a gift card from Lowe's I would have never ever shopped there. This particular store is worse than others all due to their employees and their lack of caring. But these employees will be the first one to wine or collect welfare when the store goes bankrupt.
