I wanted to address a review that we (Classic Carpet) received from Mr. Don Douglas in reference to a tile purchase that he made in May of 2015. We regret that you have experienced an issue with the job that we did for you, we strive to provide the best products available as well as the very best of workmanship. We want our customers to feel as though they have received the very best customer service available.

I recently purchased carpet for my home and new granite countertops for my kitchen and bathrooms. They had a great selection to chose from, and it didn't take long to get it installed. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Would not recommend. Very very nice and friendly but I was told many lies and the work was not done in a timely fashion or done completely. I was charged to move appliances that I had to move and have to reconnect and move back, Had excuses for that, I don't mind doing it but don't want to be charged for it and have to do it myself. What should have taken two days max has now taken ten days and I will have to finish it myself because they are done. When I called to complain about the work not being finished I was told "oh we don't do that". The mistake I made was paying in full ahead of time because they were a local business owner and I was trying to do the right thing. Again very nice people but the service during and after the sale leave much to be desired. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I have one tile that I will have to remove and redo because it sticks up about an 1/8 of an inch higher than the surrounding tile. It just happens to be in the center of the walk way too. Again very nice people just no concern from the owner about my complaints.
