Love this place! I could spend hours in this store. Employees are always helpful. Never had a bad shopping experience here. Now as far as employment goes, I give them low marks. I applied for a part-time job in the summer of 2017, did an interview, they never called me after that, nor did they make any effort to contact me. I contacted them several times to find out the status of my application and nothing. No clue what happened there.

One of my favorite stores in Norman. Many stores have employees who have no clue about the merchandise or where anything in the store is. These employees are always so knowledgeable and helpful. They also allow dogs in the store, which is nice (don't have to risk leaving your dog in a hot car). A+

The people are nice enough but when are these big box stores going to get it through their gray matter that many markets have individual characteristics? Some areas want servuce after the sale and product follow up capabilities. Why would sale a mower and be too stupid to have the parts to service it?

When I walked in and was greeted very friendly later the same person that greeted me was taking her break but instead help me find a couple of products that I was needing and all the while smiling and being very friendly service was outstanding thanks Kelly

I was looking online for flooring and found some I liked for .55 cents per square foot. The closest store to us is about 40 miles away no matter which one we go to. Over the weekend we were in the city and stopped into one to buy enough flooring for 1 room to see if we like it in the house before buying more. In the store I couldn't remember what the name was but I knew the color and I wasn't seeing a price of .55 cents PSF, I was seeing .68 cents PSF. I said no, this isn't right I saved the link on the computer at home... The next day, I went to the link and sure enough it was .55 cents PSF. I purposely waited until a quarter til 10PM to place my order online. That way it would be one of the first orders filled when they opened the next morning. It says online that online orders are prepared within 2 hours of ordering unless it is after closing, then it will be filled the next morning. I set up to get an email and a text when my order was ready. By 11am I had gotten nothing, but headed out to Norman anyway. I got to the store around noon and they had not even pulled my order. I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to bring it to the service desk, then I had to ask for loading help. Loading help was called for on the intercom twice, but no men showed up. 2 women ended up having to help me load them. I also asked why the prices online are cheaper and she told me she doesn't know because they are 2 different entities.
