My husband and myself were ready to check out. The cashier was walking around VERY slowly, almost comically so...we waited patiently and then, seeing she was speaking with another woman, we waited again. And waited....and waited, suddenly realizing, the other woman was not in line to check out at all. They were simply conversing at which time my husband told the cashier, 'we are ready to check out'...She SLOWLY sighed, explaining that she was waiting for another customer to return on the other register (number one). My husband said, since we only had a few little items, could she check us out quickly. Obviously, this woman doesn't do ANYTHING quickly. She said it was against store policy to do as we asked. I put my items back (they only amounted to about fifty dollars, granted) then went to Home Depot and purchased the items in a much more timely fashion with MUCH MORE friendly associates. Just thought Lowes might want to get a head's up on what their cashiers are doing or better still...NOT doing. Petty? Perhaps but fifty bucks is fifty bucks plus..can you guess where I'll be taking my business from now on.......

Having just moved back to Norman, we rented a home. We needed a fridge, fast. Mark, the sales associate in appliances could not have been more of a godsend than we could have asked for. He not only got a fridge at an unbelievably low price, but talked to the delivery supervisor and got the fridge delivered in less than three hours that same morning. I sincerely hope that Lowe's fully appreciates their staff, from beginning to end this was one of the most pleasant business transactions I have ever had!

This store called to CONFIRM delivery between 8am - 12 noon the next day. I waited at home, wasting my precious time, to have them call the day of the delivery at 11 am to say they wouldn't be able to deliver my item. Unacceptable. "Free" delivery isn't free when I'm loosing money because I can't work while I'm waiting for my delivery. Don't confirm then wait 3 hours in my delivery window to say "just kidding". Cancelled my order. I'm through with this store. This is the last of many straws.

The customer service section at this location was impeccable. Really good, focused customer service, listening to the customer, offering advice when needed, and expeditious handling of a return. I've had 3 encounters, and they pleasantly surprise me each time. Have been helped 2x by Beverly, and 1x by Danielle. Great job Lowes.
