The girlfriend is already a big spender at this place (card carrying member), but I just had a great experience at this Lowe's. I needed replacement kwikset keys and they were sold out, but Bill, who was working in the area told me I could grab a couple sets that belonged to a customer who didn't want them. Since I just needed random ones to rekey my lock this saved me a couple bucks and a lot of time and effort! Great customer service!

We added an upstairs bedroom and went through Lowe's for the carpet and pad. I've used them before on a huge remodel project and didn't have any issues. However on this experience they got their measurements wrong and I've got a huge role of excess carpet and the upgraded pad. I tried to be respectful and go through the proper channels to get some type of credit due to their mistake. I sent pictures of the roles left over and they even admitted it looked excessive. After not hearing back from them for over a week I followed up and they told me that there was "just nothing they could do". I guess I'm just stuck paying for something that I don't need due to their error. I have spent over $15,000 with this one store alone over the past 3 years. Needless to say, I won't be back and will use Home Depot for our other projects in the future.

We ordered a gorgeous Webber grill. It was late coming in from the manufacturer and the Lowes's staff busted their butts to get it to us before a big family weekend. Love this store!!!

It's really hard to ever find anyone that will help you. When you find them they don't want to help you. Product is fine.

My husband and I purchased an over-the-stove microwave on 1/3/18. The fellow who helped us with the purchase was very helpful and pleasant. He said we would hear from the contracted installer within 48 hours. 1 WEEK later I got a phone call as I was walking out the door to work "headed to your house to check the microwave install" and would not reschedule to later in the day. Was miffed, but called in to work. Whole inspection took literally less than 2 minutes and he was gone and I lost half a day of PTO. Husband went and signed contract. Once again, 48 hrs. No word at all from installer. My husband visited the store 3 times inquiring. Finally on 1/22/18 when we still had heard nothing from the installer he went and was refunded all the purchase and install without even am apology. Guess who called on 1/23/18 "to come install the microwave"? Really? Will just use the Bixby Lowes.
