It is rare that I find a company with such good customer service and Devotion to a quality product. They are knowledgeable on the products they sell, they do amazing work, and they show up when they say they will.

Carpet Masters is the absolute worst company. We have had multiple experiences with them doing installation at our business and each time has been an absolute disaster. They do not complete the jobs in a timely manner, the leave work incomplete and have delayed store openings numerous times as a result of their careless work and attitude. Gary, the sales manager, is unreliable and disappears when you need his assistance. Do not use this company! Unfortunately this time a contractor we are using hired them and again they have completely left us out to dry with an incomplete job and delayed our move. Please do not waste your time with this company! I give them a true rating of ZERO stars.

I shopped around for over a year before ever committing. I'm extremely OCD so I wanted my floors to be perfect. Carpet Masters had the best price out of all of its competitors. That can be worrisome because you're always told you get what you pay for however there's no reason to pay more money for comprable brands if the installation is going to be just as fantastic. I put my faith and trust in Ryan. I was not ever disappointed he always went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly how I needed it and wanted it to be. He answered every one of my questions and let me tell you there were pages worth of questions (poor Ryan~lol!). He was amazing to work with. I could have not been happier. Now to my floors. I chose tile that looks like hardwood to be installed in every living space and closet that was originally carpeted (over 1,200 s.f.) My floors look incredibly amazing, absolutely beautiful!!!! The job that the tile crew did is impeccable. Because of my OCD I tend to seek out flaws in circumstances such as this and honestly I cannot find any. I promise you you won't find any better craftsmanship, brands to choose from, sales Dept to work with and definitely not at this price point.... that you will walk away from one hundred percent satisfied and full of gratitude for the type of work that you will see when they are done. By the way I never leave reviews so the fact that I'm spending time typing all of this out is a big deal. I just had to make sure that they get the recognition that they deserve for the type of work that they've done and customer service that they've offered.

Long Review, but worth reading if you are looking for carpet. Carpet Masters is a company that is worth your time. They have a nice showroom and the staff is all VERY friendly and helpful. These people are down to earth and understanding, this makes them very helpful and accommodating. Our story... We were supposed to close on our house 6/30/15, that being said we had everything completed "lined up" for the days after our closing. We had Carpet Masters out to the property, and Gary completed all the necessary measurements. Gary provided us with an estimate and we were scheduled for install on 7/1/15. On 6/26/15 we received a phone call from our mortgage rep that we would not be closing as a necessary property appraisal from the Veteran's Affairs had not been completed and the paperwork was "messed up". We called Gary and Carpet Masters and filled them in on the situation. We finally had a VA appraiser assigned and she vowed to complete the task quickly, so we started planning the install and attempted to keep an "open" timeframe for install. The VA appraiser DID NOT expedite anything and we quickly realized that we would not be able to close until 7/23/15. I stopped by Carpet Masters on Saturday 7/18/15 and spoke with the gentleman manning the store that day. We told our story again and he looked at their schedule. It was not looking good, but he promised they would "make something happen" and help us out. He left a note for Gary and told us to expect a call on Monday. Monday arrived and Gary called first thing in the morning. We discussed the house and the fairly large "all day" job to install the carpet in three bedrooms, closets, hallways and the living room. I asked Gary if anyone could come out and at a minimum install carpet in what will be our kids rooms (two smaller rooms w/closets). Gary talked about the schedule they were currently facing, noting they are currently very busy with carpet installs. I was expecting the worse, but Gary stated that they WOULD work us in and have somebody out on Thursday to at least get the two kids rooms carpeted before our movers arrive on Friday. This company has gone above and beyond for me and my family and will ALWAYS have my business. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet, tile or any other flooring need. I have a few flooring projects in the future with this house, as well as plans to build out the attic for a bonus room. Carpet Masters will have ALL my flooring business and I will direct anyone who will listen to them!
