This is my neighborhood Lowe's. My boyfriend owns a landscape company so I'm there A LOT! The employees are always so nice and the few times I've had to return or exchange something it's been super easy, fast & friendly. The plant selection isn't always as large and varied as Home Depot but they have much better mark downs and clearance items if you know where to look. It's a nicely laid out store. Easy to get in and out of with what you need in a hurry or wander the aisles checking everything out. The employees always help you find what you need but aren't unnecessarily pushy for a sale. Highly recommend.

We tried purchasing a couple of storm doors last night (Saturday around 7pm) and there was no one at the desk. We used the call button and after waiting at least 10 minutes, a passing cashier saw us waiting and said she would call someone over. The person that came told us that all the door people had gone home for the day so we should come back in the morning. Lowe’s is fortunate that Home Depot didn’t have the doors we wanted... Edited from 3 stars to 2 stars. Went in the other day to find some bolts. Brought an original with us and the associate still gave us the wrong kind.

Found everything we needed, at a somewhat reasonable price. It might not have taken us so long if we could've found an associate to help us locate some items. But, nonetheless my daughter and I maneuvered through finding what we needed.

Lowe's is my go-to home improvement store, but when I went to pick up my internet order, parking in their 15 minute pick up parking, it took me over an hour to get back to my car. There was quite a wait just to get my order. Then I realized they did not fill my entire order, just the first page, missing page two. They also got one item picked incorrectly. Top make matters worst, none of the PVC Lasco fittings on their website show the diameter of pipe they fit, so I had to jump through hoops to find the right ones for my order. I got them all right but one. I had to return it and go get the right ones. Not an enjoyable trip.

Great experience overall. There was no one in the paint department when I arrived, but when I hit the "Need Assistance" button, a gentleman from another department came over and helped. (We still don't know what happened to the pain guy.) Processed my return quickly and bought the right color paint this time!
