We bought home that hadn't been renovated since the 70's. We decided to replace all the flooring with a mix of tile, hardwood and carpet. We also needed tile for the shower and shower surrounds. We received quotes from the majority companies in Tulsa, but were most comfortable the team at (Johnson Floor & Home) Carpet One. Gary Ellis, the sales manager, spent countless hours working within our budget and making sure we were satisfied with the choices we made. He also visited the job site to check on the quality of work their installation team. There were a couple issues during installation, but Gary handled it quickly and thoroughly.

What a wonderful experience we had at Carpet One. Wasn’t looking forward to having to shop for carpet but we were greeted by Gary Ellis and so our carpet adventure began. He was so kind and never in a hurry or pushy. We had samples of carpet for bedrooms and living room and wood samples for hall. After deciding what we wanted he had 2 brothers to come out and install. They did an excellent job. Thanks again Gary for treatung us so professionally and us not having to worry about anything. You made dreading to get carpet a happy experience.

It all started at the store with Gary helping us to choose the correct carpet and flooring. Then he came to the house at our convenience to do the measuring. We could not be any happier with the carpet and flooring with the contact and communication being the best I have experience. Gary did an excellent job helping us and making sure it got completed correctly. Plus he did a follow up with us to be sure everything was satisfactory.

We had a great experience working with DJ at CarpetOne. Moving into a new office space downtown, we needed to pull up some commercial carpet and match a vinyl plank flooring that was already in part of the space. They were able to perfectly match the vinyl and had it installed quickly despite not having the item in stock at the outset. They knew we had a tight budget and worked with us to get it done without paying a ton of overage material costs. I appreciated being able to get a quick response from DJ anytime I needed, and his installation guys were friendly and respectful of our time and space. Would definitely recommend them to others!
