I never have a good experience here. Bought a grill got it home, after waiting 35 mins for help to load it. Grill didn't work so we took it back and dealt with Deb at customer service. Deb is a very delightful person that thinks everyone can read her mind and she has terrible people skills. Get the pinecone out of you butt Deb your the one that ruined our BBQ!

I recently decided to install cat-5e throughout my house and headed to Lowe's for my supplies. The prices for large quantity projects is reasonable and the selection is enough for those who like options. In one day I visited the store three times due to needing more supplies and each time was "an experience". Two of the times I asked for help finding magnets and the associates, working in the different departments, said they had no clue and walked off. The final time a woman setting modulars in the Tools section took me to a computer, searched, and did not find the magnets. She then took the time to help me search until we finally found what I was looking for. I wish I could credit her here but I forgot to get her name. She was very helpful and the reason I will return when I start more home renovations.

Bought a dryer got it home and it was broke. It sounded like it was gonna take off out the house. After returning it, even though we used a debit card they wouldnt give us cash back that day because my husband chose the credit option. The only other option we were given was a lowes merchandise card which of course would mean we had to buy from them again. After buying a new $700 appliance from them that was broken, I wasnt to keen about buying from them again. I contacted the manager and was told there was nothing he could do it was because of corporate... So now we're stuck with no dryer waiting on $700 to come back before we buy else where in town. We went to Sears today they seem to have better prices and service. 😊
