The people in the cabinet section of the store is terrible!!! They don’t asset in anyway when building your FULL kitchen cabinet set! because it’s the cabinets that they can’t make commition off you! I’m a easy going customer with money ready to buy what I need! Just need some assistance and they weren’t willing to help beside getting big cabinets down from the top shelf!!! Overall I’m done with Lowe’s after this experience!!!! Customer service was terrible! Rant is over!!! Please have someone go check out Management in the Enid store!!

Drove a hour to buy some tile. The website showed 78 pieces located in the store. Zack who worked in flooring spent thirty minutes looking for the tile. He tried but it was not there. The manager on duty was a piece of work. Totally laughed off the incorrect information. Makes me wonder if the misinformation is part of the business plan.

They actually help you with finding what you need. The customer service is great. There were enough lines open I dident have to wait at the check out line for 20 minutes.

They have healthy plants this time of year. Not near the seeds they had in past years. That was a bummer. A lot of their help don't know anything. People are nice

Was very pleased with the help we received at Enid Oklahoma store. Had heavy items to load and the older gentleman that helped me was very courteous. Thanks.
