Awesome helpful staff that looks after the customers. Also happened to leave a bag in my cart and they brought it up to customer service so I was able to come back and get it. A+ for this store

This Lowe's is very well ran. They open more checkout when lines start to form. I always look online before going so I can find in the store what I'm looking for a quicker and easier. When you find an item online that tells you the aisle and Bin number of the item that you're looking for it is very convenient.

Shopping for a refrigerator and freezer was a pleasant experience. Staff knowledgeable. The isle's are wide, accommodate an electronic scooter.

Lowe's is continuing to reduce items stocked in house, on the shelves. Many items I have been able to routinely purchase at Lowe's are no longer being stocked on the shelves. I am not averse to using technology and ordering items online. However Lowe's has taken this to an extreme and is now an inconvenience. I'm going to spend my money elsewhere.

I am giving a low score due to my last visit. I went in to get some tile cut for my bearded dragon tank. I asked an employee when I first came in where the tile section was and if there was going to be someone back there to cut some pieces for me. He allowed there would be someone there. I went to the tile section, chose my tile and still no one was there to assist me. I asked someone to page a tile person to help me. He paged. Approx 15 min later I went back to the front and asked another associate. They sent another person to help wbo cut 1 tile. He got paged so a 3rd associate cut 1 tile and broke it. The 2nd man returned and cut a 3rd tile and broke it. And when he cut the 4th tile it was also broke. I left with 4 tiles after 45 minutes and half of the pieces were broken. Additionally, my cashier seemed angry and there was no slate available. Horrible service from start to finish. I wouldnt even give it a 1 star if I could.
