I had a bad experience in the Garden Department. I had a worker helping me with plants. This different worker gal with a hat & skirt huffed up and told my helper to come with her... Wait a minute she was helping me. She was mad and VERY unprofessional. I got left standing there with NO help. Goodness I was not impressed.

Bob with lawn and garden was attentive and relatable which is a breath of fresh air. I think, however, more than 1 employee should be working in that department. Lawn mowers and the garden center are on completely different sides of the store, so Bob had to keep going back and forth (100 yards plus). Regardless, I will be coming back.

Mark in the paint department is awesome! I came in with a custom paint match that Home Depot couldn’t get right after four times. I asked for a sample since I was hesitant about buying a gallon from my experience at other places, he explained that a sample isn’t the best way to match something. I asked him what would happen if I bought the gallon and it didn’t match he said “it will match but if not we will make right”. The paint was the perfect match! I was so happy.

Went last Saturday to set up a flooring order with Steven C? I believe. Great guy! Great Customer Service and such a generous young man, helped me out with all my questions and even taught me a little knowledge about product I needed to know for my project.

"The truth is shown when you ask someone to go a little above and beyond". This review is an honest representation of just that! Overly aggresive, Rude guy in lumber! Asked to get some wood cut to size. After the 6th cut the guy said " oh my god you're killing me"! Rude To the point that I just had him stop cutting even though I had a couple more cuts to go. Lets just say It was his lucky day! Home depot is always polite and willing to help! I will only go there in the future! It's easy to review a company on the surface observations! Things like appearance, basic assistance. Corporate amenities provided as a standard by the franchise. Such as Web services, fancy ads, beautiful new stores. "The truth is shown when you ask someone to go a little above and beyond". This review is an honest representation of just that!
