Lowes is my go to store for any home improvement projects! This location is like most, and has an enormous parking lot, well lit for evening with ample handicap accessible spots. As always has a handicap accessible entrance. Restrooms are always large and clean. Huge selection of home improvement items and unbeatable nursery! Returns are always made fast and easy, multiple cashiers waiting to assist you. Very viable to locate from the main road. I give this location a five star rating.

I had excellent service at the return counter. The Customer Service Specialist was very professional and courteous. I had great help from other Customer Service Specialist who came from different areas of the store to assist me. Overall I had a great visit!

We spent $539.99 today at Lowe's off Turner road. The tool department employee was very helpful and went that extra mile to look tbis product up so my husband could look at what he was, going to buy on the computer. We rate this employer good. The checkout lady was nice to us and did her job checking us out.

I just love this Lowe’s. Beautiful plants, especially love the orchids. It is a big store so it can be difficult to navigate, but each section is clearly labeled. One other tip, if you’re having trouble with customer service the old timers seem to be the most knowledgeable. But I personally have never had a negative experience at this store. Always look forward to going to Lowe’s! (Plus we share a name, so maybe I’m biased, but makes it 2x more fun!)

I seem to have a pretty good experience here every time I go. It's usually pretty easy to find what I'm looking for had a good price. I will say that I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot when it comes to the helpfulness of the employees. At Home Depot I usually have to hunt somebody down to point me in the right direction or to answer a question, but at Lowe's I never seem to have any trouble with that. Similar product selection at both places as well, so it's really just a toss-up. In most cases, I would much rather support local hardware stores, but sometimes you just need a big box store. Nothing wrong with that.
