Just went in there to buy a sprinkler. Signs all over sprinkler section proclaiming 20% off orbit sprinklers convinced me to buy a more expensive item than I originally planned. At the checkout, when the 20% didn't come off, I was informed that even though there was a sign directly in front of the item I was purchasing, it was not included in the sale. The cashier was unwilling to honor the discount, and instead chose to caution me that Lowe's tends to be misleading with their signs on purpose. Next time I'll go to Home Depot.

your boys are really helpful I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes the lady help me but tell me bags of dirt or outside you don't have to load them in here so I pay for them went outside and loaded them save me a lot of time and my back thank you very much Lowes

Horrible service one too many times. Needed paint, the sales clerk said "I am busy", there was NO "just a minute, I will be right with you", no manners. All this after the sales clerk was chit-chatting with another clerk, no acknowledgement of us waiting. There were no other customers. Won't be back. Sad because I always liked Lowes.
