Friendly staff, well organized. We went in to find some bolts and reciprocating saw blades, the bolts were organized by length, width, thread type and toughness. Everything was easy to find and with the knowledge that an employee was always near by if we needed help, it made our home improvement shopping experience all the more easy and fun!

we just moved to area and we bought a microwave from Lowe's a few weeks ago. it broke right away and we returned it to customer service. They were helpful and friendly. We were told we could get a store credit or get credited back to our card my husband chose the second option. We picked out a different microwave and other items, at check out we assumed card would be credited back the checker said it would take up to 15 days to be credited back. so no microwave and in a few weeks we'll get our money back. Bottom line let your customer know store credit would be faster. I talked to raymond electronics manager and he said he would pass the word.

Today I found 2 employees that knew where items would be located. This has not been true in the past. I was assisted with my purchases and able to continue with my day. There are vast numbers of tools, gardening supplies, lumber, lighting and plumbing supplies here. So much to see so little money.

I wish to commend the store manager (Eric) and appliance sale's person Jim for their help and attention to detail. This kind of representative of Lowe's is why I continue to do business for my materials, tools, home repairs and home/rental upgrades. When there was a discrepancy regarding a proposed purchase, both of these employees stepped up and went out of their way to to help me resolve the problem. I will recommend our local Lowe's to everyone I know. Thank you Eric and Jim.

My husband and I had a very frustrating, and disappointing visit to this store on Saturday. We are working on replacing the roof on our home. We went to customer service first to ask about financing options and the lady at the counter was not well informed about what the store offered. I ended up looking up what we had seen on the website about project financing and showing it to her on my phone. After we “sorta” figured out the financing we went to go look at roofing samples and figured we could talk to someone about an order. Nope. The roofing isle was in shambles it was dirty and unorganized basically a giant mess. The employees couldn’t even find a brochure for us. We had a very hard time getting an employee to come help us and turns out they have no pro-staff that can actually help you with samples or orders on the weekend!?!? That seems ridiculous especially for a store of this size. As rural home owners who work during the week coming in on the weekend is our only free time without taking time off work. The fact that these guys couldn’t even give us some good documentation on their roofing products was extremely frustrating and instead of leaving the store having spent a couple grand on roofing we left completely empty handed. I think we might be better off spending more money with our small local hardware store. At least we know we could get some decent customer service.
