This review is for a particular employee. We had a huge delivery of materials and Mario was dispatched to deliver them. He had a very large truck and we have a driveway that can be difficult to navigate. We had just had a huge gravel delivery, so it made it even harder. Mario showed up and was creative and pleasant the whole time...got everything off-loaded and never complained once. He worked in a very safe and professional manner and I was so impressed. I helped him get his truck turned around and on his way. Mario is the kind of employee that Lowes should hang onto tightly!

ALWAYS excellent service! Any time we've had issues with items purchased here, they stand completely behind it! It makes a huge difference to us home owners, especially when we're remodeling! I can't say this for Home Depot. Home Depot is disgusting. Thank you Lowe's for honoring me as a veteran EVERY day and for the excellent customer service you have provided us through our renovation! I wish we started with you. Lesson learned!

If you want to a job but don't want to work join the team at Lowes in Eugene. Bunch of Morons. Only went there to pick up for a client and they not only counted my materials wrong , which i had to wait for them to grab more, but also mixed in a random sprinkle of "it looks close enough" in the pallet that required me to go back .

This visit was very good. People were there to help without even asking. Good experience today
