The appliances dept is very knowledgeable. If you have an appliance go out and need a new one, yes we have some appliances in stock. However, it may not be the one you want. We do have top freezer fridges in stock, a top load and matching dryer in stock, as well as a white dishwasher in stock. But like I said, if it's something else color, model, etc., then yes it will need to be ordered and delivered directly to you.

I just left the store and I'm pretty annoyed. I found someone's phone in the restroom. I took it up to the customer service counter and all three of the people up there looked at me like it was somehow my fault that the phone was lost. They just said "Oh, somebody is looking for this." Not one of them even said thanks for bringing it up. Nothing. Maybe they should learn that it's customary to thank someone who's returned a lost item. And then I was paying for my things at the next register when the lady who lost it came to get it, and they acted like they were the ones that found it. So, that was nice. Then I came out into the wind and rain, put my stuff in my vehicle, put the cart away in the cart corral. When I got back in my car, I noticed a cart rolling down the middle of the lane. A man in yellow rain gear came out to retrieve it with the other carts and he kept looking at me with a disgusted expression, like it was mine. I'm not very impressed with how they treat their customers.

Husband says they don't know where their own stuff is, nor what it's used for. The man helping him had 40 yrs experience in plumbing or so he claimed and didn't even know how to hook up a hose.

We came to the store, looking for the items we need. An associate Glen came up to us and asked if he can be any help. We explained to him what we needed, even though we had a language barrier he was very patient with us. Glen went beyond our expectations. He listened to us what we needed and helped us find every single item we needed. And then he did what we did not even expected. Glen loaded all our items in to our car. We highly recommend this Home Depot store in Warrenton Or. And you guys need to be proud of your employee named Glen. Thanks
