It's Home Depot they try to hire I think retired or semi-retired traits people that are knowledgeable to run the Departments or working them and sometimes they succeed in there are some fairly knowledgeable people their other other times of course they are not or they are just not very helpful people all in all for as big of an operation it is I think they have a pretty good percentage of qualified help I've only had a real hard time a few times there getting someone to understand what I wanted and I try to be fairly articulate but their prices of course are our competitive generally you have to if you're just shopping price buy just the sales items and then compare the other prices because there is a lot of times more than other places some of the products such as plumbing faucets and so forth are made by quality manufacturers but they make an inferior grade to sell their that's why you get one that's called the same for 300 there maybe and 500 from a plumbing distributor and that's just a rough comparison that I've noticed price differences of same brand same model faucets and some of the differences in those would be the expensive one would be all brass for example and the cheaper one would have plastic parts possibly something like that and I'm sure all their products or most of them are like that but all in all it's a decent place to shop you just need to be aware of what you're getting into.

Slow service today. Most popular flooring (lakeshore pecan) was not available on the floor... needed a forklift to get it down. Not the best marketing idea, I think. I waited an hour from the time I paid until o could start loading. Someone ought to review this policy...

The poorest service ever as always! Waited 1 1/2 hours to pick up 2 patios that they called me to come and get. No one wanted to help me load them up, but the worst was their pissy attitudes. Absolutely the worst service.

A very kind employee spent 25 minutes looking for a product while I waited on the phone. She could not locate it but said she would keep looking and call me back when she found it. She called me back in about 10 minutes and said she found it. I asked if she would hold it for me and I would drive into town in the morning and pick it up. She said because of the delay in locating it she would take it to customer service and put my name on it. The next morning I drove 25 miles to the store and went to the customer service desk but the women could not locate the item, so she got her Supervisor Jim who told me the employee lied to me on the phone and I would have had to pay for it in advance to and then pick it up. I explained what had happened and he again said the employee would have just put it back in stock and not held it no matter what she told me. The other women at the counter spotted the box with my name on it 10 feet away. Jim needs to fine other work because he is rude and does not know anything about customer service. In other words "fire his butt".
