I like going to Home Depot just for fun but it’s been twice now where I’ve bought something seemingly new to discover it’s new to me. These items have been broken or missing parts. Home Depot has always accepted the returns but the last time I was still interested in the broken item and asked if I could still have it at a cheaper price but the returns clerk said she wasn’t authorized to do that. It really makes me want to warn everyone to open stuff in store to make sure they didn’t just repackage something without parts.

The staff is always courteous here and it seems they usually have what I need. Everyone is always happy to help. I bring my dog in here for service training and they are always happy to see here.

Home Depots sure are getting a lot of shoppers. But unfortunately assistance wasn't easily had and several aisles had either too many little displays or a lot of restocking boxes limiting aisle throughput. But Home Depot and Lowes give you access to so many DIY parts. It's a candy store for many.

The woman in returns who returned my vacuum was a little weird and unpleasant. Most of the female employees I’ve encountered there have some kind of attitude for some reason? I wish more employees know about the products. But I got the pleasure of meeting Denise at self check it and she was great, so nice and so professional and so friendly. She definitely put a smile on my face as I left the store and she’s definitely the best employee I encountered. I’ve also been helped by a few of the male employees who were also super nice, one went and got me a cart because I was trying to carry a big box and other items. Also the guy with the dog was very nice lol and meeting the dog also put a smile o my face. I love Home Depot it’s definitely one of my favorite stores where you can find everything you need and find great stuff to upgrade your home.

I called to ask if they had something in stock because it said online they had 4 of them but I wanted to make sure before I made the drive out. After getting numerous sighs about what I was asking, I got transferred and then Hung up on twice. I called back yet again, and spoke to a different person, this time a woman, who acted like I was ruining her day. I mean come on, is customer service this annoying to you? I will never call, go into, go near, this store again. Get some common courtesy. Or get a different job that doesn’t require you to speak to other humans because apparently that’s too much to ask.
