We moved into our home in 2014. The family room was a combination of cheap carpet and sheet vinyl. I remember the home inspector saying "I hope you're planning on replacing the carpet in a couple years." He wasn't kidding! Young kids and a dog really tore it up quick! We went to Rug Bug on the advice from a friend. The service was excellent and so was the price. I wanted to go with a laminate to replace the carpet and vinyl, but they suggested luxury vinyl tile which I've never seen before. It's perfect! Looks great, feels awesome, and best of all it's waterproof which is nice with the dog and kids. Could not be any happier! Thank you so much!

Rug Bug is amazing!! They did our basement apartment (cork flooring and wool carpet) when we remodeled in 2010. They did such a great job that we used them again when we needed to carpet the stairs in our main house and both upstairs bedrooms. Jason (the owner) guided us to the best products and gave us the best price when compared to other suppliers in Portland. Installation was included in the quote and the carpets were installed expertly. (All the seams look great!) But the frosting on the cake was that we needed a little bit of bamboo flooring for repair after a toilet overflowed, and Jason's partner found a damaged box of bamboo flooring and just gave us what we needed at no charge. He even gave us some remnants of underlayment, also at no charge. State Farm ins. commercials talk about being a good neighbor, but the folks at Rug Bug walk that talk!
