Ray did an amazing job with our floors. Having just bought a new house and wanting to get the floors redone before moving in, he helped squeeze us into his schedule. Communicating with him was easy, and we usually just texted for little things and called for anything needing discussion. Ray put down 12 different colors (6 stains, water popped and not) for us to select the perfect color for the house. Overall, he did a fantastic job, and I couldn't recommend him enough.

Ray is very well spoken, courteous and kind. A great sense of humor, too… Most importantly he did exactly what I asked for, did it on time and perfectly. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and strives for perfection. I am definitely going to use him again for other rooms in my house soon!

What a great experience! Ray was awesome. We were nervous to do our floors and had been putting it off thinking it would be a huge hassle. So glad we went with Cromwell Hill. Ray helped every step of the way, helping move all our furniture out, cleaning and prepping the house, sealing off areas, sanding, sealing, and moving our house back in!! Wow!! Our home looks beautiful, our floors are safe, no more splinters, the kids can slide across the floor again. If it sounds like we're happy, that's because we are!!

Ray is the real deal! We have a 1906 craftsman bungalow with original fir floors that have been beaten up over time. The previous owners painted the floors dark and when the paint started to wear we wanted to remove the paint and refinish them. I called one other place before Ray and they wouldn't touch the project because they didn't know if there was lead in the paint. Ray came to have a look the same day I called him and because he is amazing and because he is lead certified, he took on the job immediately. I asked him about his background and he's been doing floors since he was a teenager, having grown up with his dad and uncle who owed their own flooring company. His level of confidence in his ability to get the job done sold me right away, and the end result was nothing short of amazing. Our floors look ridiculously beautiful for being over 100 years old, and we own it all Ray. Oh, and he's reasonably priced as well, so it doesn't get any better than that. If I ever have another flooring project, I'm going straight to Ray. No need to go elsewhere.

Ray is fantastic! Firstly, he answered his phone quickly. Secondly, he was able to solve our issue on the phone. We had challenges with removing the vents out of the hardwood flooring and he immediately FaceTime'd us with a live demo on how to remove. In addition, he offered his services to physically come to our location and do it for us! Customer Service has unlimited stars!! Thanks so much and I highly recommend!
