From the first day we stopped in, David was great. The experience continued through our install process. Communication was over the top to include the installers, Nick and his assistant. We chose sheet Marmoleum Painters Pallet. The install job is absolutely beautiful!!! They were clear, concise and right on time with the entire process. We highly recommend Eco FLoors. Thank you, D & K

I purchased carpeting and bamboo flooring from ECOfloors and could not be more satisfied. David was great to work with and Eric and crew (the installers) were fabulous! Absolutely a positive experience. David was knowledgeable about their products and helped me determine what would work best for me. The product arrived quickly and the install was flawless. And great guys to work with! I had a small issue (my fault) after the install and they quickly returned to resolve it. Highly recommend ECOfloors!!!

EcoFloors is fantastic! They were a word-of-mouth referral from a neighbor who had heard from and seen the work in another neighbor's home. David Kaplan was phenomenal from the second I walked into the store through installation. We were in a rush and had a tight budget. David was so knowledgeable and found us a great deal that made sense for us, and he had the floors installed in our home within 1.5 weeks! The installers - Don and Eric were awesome! They were so conscientious while in our home for the all-day installation, and they were so willing to help us disassemble and re-assemble our huge beds as a courtesy. It's not easy having contractors in your home all day - they were a pleasure to have around. The floors look perfect! I highly recommend EcoFloors.

I have nothing but good things to say about ECO Floors. They were professional, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. I've been dealing with several contractors over the past 5 months and they far exceed any others I have dealt with. I am so pleased with the product and the installation I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much!!!

I would give it 0 stars if I could!! Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Never expected this kind of service from a store with good reviews. I went to this store trying to buy a huge amount of hardwood (3000 sqft), but this place RIPS YOU OFF! DO NOT WORK WITH DAVID!!! First of all they do not have a big selection, also they keep saying they are giving you the lowest price, but would get so worried and defensive when you tell them you are looking at other stores too! One piece of wood that we liked, they wanted to sell to us for about $4.70/sqft and I was able to find the SAME piece at another store for about $3.60/sqft. That happened with other pieces that we liked also. Save your money and take your business somewhere else.
