This Lowe's is actually really great. There are usually not a lot of people here, the aisles are nice and wide and clear. Lighting is good, workers are nice. I like going here better than the place next door usually

Just left here after Vicki the plant specialist assisted me..... this gal is extremely intelligent, helped me understand ants and spiders!!!! Very professional and personable... Assisted me finding a few other items and even gave me pointers on minor touch up repairs to my stove!! Absolutely appreciated her, her knowledge and time. Thx Vicki😁

I just bought 32 pieces of hardie plank siding . I was going to get it at home depot , but I would of had to put it on carts myself , and walk it all the way thru the store . B S . Went to lowes , backed my trailer up , slid it off the pile OUTSIDE, with help from one of the folks there . I'm going to do my business with lowes .

My washing machine broke on Friday, May 11th. I looked online and saw the local Lowes in Hillsboro, OR had one that looked good in stock. I called the store around 6pm and talked to the delivery manager. She assured me that one was in stock in the store and that it would be delivered Sunday May 13th. I told her this was important to me that it be delivered soon. She said she would verify the inventory was available herself and get back to me that night. She called back at 9pm and verified it was available, so I went ahead and placed the order, paying for the item, and calling back to verify delivery for Sunday. So far so good. Saturday morning I received a call from Gina at the store telling me that in fact there were two in the store of the washer I wanted, but both were already sold, and that the soonest I would receive my washer would be May 19th, almost a week late. While Gina was very nice, this is unacceptable. It seems not only is Lowes' web site inventory system broken, but their employees are also making mistakes in committing to deliveries, then reneging. Until this Lowes store can actually deliver items when they say they can they should be avoided.

Helpful staff. Some good plant selections (was on a gardening run).
