I had a great experience. Edgar (who is new to the store) was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy, simply answered all my questions. Ended up buying 1200 sq ft of red oak.

We went in and the sales rep was helping someone else, as we waited for them to be done, (no acknowledgment that we were there), we looked at the displays. Once he started to help, he was very friendly, answered all our questions, gave us several options. He offered to send us home with some samples and set up an account for us to check the samples out. As he was doing this, another couple walked in, talked to the other sales agent, who must have been new as she kept asking Justin questions. The couple pulled a card out from a different location and Justin walked away from us. He never asked us to wait or advise us what was going on. After about 20 minutes, we finally left. I was expecting a call or email, as I had given all this to them, but nothing. This is HORRIBLE service. We were not ready to buy at that moment, but we are going to to be buying. This made me very uncomfortable. It was rude of the other couple, but that is not the review. The Sales rep should have asked them to wait while we finished up if the other sales rep could not have helped. I am not sure we will be back. I am happy to spend my money else where to redo our entire 2000sqf home. Even spend more money to ensure quality service.

Two week order time has now turned into a five week order time. They have already charged my account and my house will be torn up for another couple of weeks. Very Frustrating. UPDATE: Took over six weeks to get the parts but they finally did arrive. The floors are beautiful...just hope the store works on upgrading their customers experience.
