We we're so glad we beat the rush to get to the store in quiet Sunday morning until we couldn't get assistance to select a drill. We accidentally set off one of the shoplifting "turtles" which ended up being a blessing in disguise to get a person to come over who then found someone else who knew everything about drills and told us the unabridged history of power drills. Finally we selected one and he said there was only one left in the store and it was up high on the top shelf...somewhere. When that was found it turned out the price wasn't the same as advertised on the shelf so we had to select another option. Then the self checkout wouldn't work because there was a hidden shoplifting tag inside the box so we had to wait on line for a while. In the end more Lowe's than Highs.

I had run out of a paint color i mixed myself. No way to match it on my own... i ran into Lowe's at 3 minutes to closing and they were able to match it no problem and seriously saved the day! It matched perfectly!!!

Severely understaffed. I went on late Saturday morning and they had one register open and even the self-checkouts were closed. It took me ages to find an employee to help me find something I needed and when I finally did, everyone we passed was looking for help, too. Also bad communication between departments: trying to pick up an order led to a 30-minute wait while they tried to figure out where it was because the computer said it was somewhere it wasn't, but it turned out to be right behind the counter after they searched the whole store for it. I'm only giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because I feel bad for the employees. They all looked overworked but were still nice even though they didn't have any help.

Lowe's is a great hardware store. Clean bathrooms and nice people that work there. And of course it's a great big hardware store with everything. And don't forget she loves your tractor so don't forget to buy your tractor more there.

Had gone to a different Lowe’s and saw they had some Weber bar-b-ques on clearance. However they had just sold the last one of the model we wanted. It was such a good deal we decided to check a different store. When I got to the right department Elaine asked if she could help me. I told her exactually what we were looking for & she looked it up on her computer. It showed there was one left however it wasn’t on the floor. Elaine said it might be in the back so I asked if someone could check. Elaine said she would be glad to go look. After quite a while she came back with the bar-b-que! I know she really had to hunt for it which so people wouldn’t have done. We were so grateful Elaine took the time to help us.
