We had some water damage in our home which led us to putting in all new flooring. We worked with Donna through this process and she was wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable and always available when a new question or concern arose. She delightfully walked us through the process (multiple times) and helped us land on a beautiful flooring within our price range. The installer Dan did an amazing job. We really appreciated the comfort and ease of working with Donna in an otherwise stressful time. We would definitely recommend Lippert's for your flooring needs.

Donna helped us design new hard wood flooring with a very complimentary carpet for our staircase. She did an excellent job guiding us through this process. The installers were very professional and we are thrilled with the end result! I would highly recommend Lippert's to anyone that wants a perfect outcome. Thanks again Donna!

Kevin went above and beyond. From the moment I walked into the store he made sure he understood exactly what we wanted. He was very honest and upfront with the timeframe of the project and made sure what we wanted would fit our timeframe and our budget. The installation was quick and painless. We are beyond pleased with the high quality pad under our carpet and the cleaning process before the pad was even laid has made our house feel fresh. After our carpet was installed Kevin helped recommend a hardwood for a different section of our house and was very forthcoming about what would and would not work with our kids, house, etc. My husband installed the hardwood himself because he wanted to do a project, but Kevin came back in when my husband was done and re-stretched the carpet so there was a nice seamless transition to the carpet his guys had previously installed. I would highly recommend Lippert's to anyone looking for quality product and install.

We had a great experience with Kevin, who worked with us until the job was within our budget, and even came in on his day off to check on the availability of what we wanted from the distributor. We'd originally gone in to look at tile for the kitchen and TV room but ended up going with Vero Stone, and really love it. It's great for the dogs, easy to maintain, and it's not cold under bare feet. And it looks fabulous! We were also very happy with the installers who were selected to do our job. An A+ remodeling experience!
