I've always had a good experience with Lowe's and because of it's close proximity I've always used it as my "go to" store for that sort of thing. The staff is always friendly and helpful when you can find them, but the quality of their items is pretty poor. I've also been in the midst of a kitchen remodel and Lowe's completely botched the entire shipping process for the items I ordered, its set the entire project over 3 weeks behind and caused my wife and I more stress than worth mentioning, not to mention the additional costs associated with not having a kitchen for over a month. When the items did arrive one was unacceptably damaged and had to be returned, this sort of thing happens but given the circumstance I feel its understandable that we were upset.Throughout the process I contacted their support line multiple times, they were consistently unresponsive and helpless. To top it off, all that was offered in apologies or recompense was a $10 gift certificate, in exchange for all the stress and struggles they caused. Its petty actions like this that really infuriate me, it would have been better to offer nothing. I wasn't looking for handouts or free stuff, but as a human being I expect a sincere apology when someone or something is really messed up. Lowe's proved they are not capable of this, they simply do not care. I cannot knowingly support a business when they do not care about their customer's satisfaction. Don't shop at Lowe's. They don't care.

This home improvement warehouse does indeed have everything you may ever need for your home and/or apartment. From lumber to all appliances and of course a complete garden center. The nice feature about this huge warehouse is that they have a full staff of experts to help with various offerings in the many different departments.

Lowe's is a great place to visit. Quality merchandise, knowledgeable assistants. If you can't find it at Lowe's it must be a rare item or an antique. Prices reasonable.

Called and the Lowes operator Scott gave me the run around for 30 minutes. Transferred me 3 times and hung up on me 3 times after being on hold each time Absolutely worthless help and no one will answer there phone lines including the store manager for a simple question on availability of a $2000 plumbing item. I will take my business else where and I highly advise others do also.

I had to wait 15 minutes in the garden center check out line there was only one checker. I had some heavy items and would have liked someone to help load my bags of soil. Checker paged but no one responded so I loaded it myself. I would normally give lowes a C but today you get a F. I am going to start going to Home Depot even though they are in Phoenix because I can always get help loading my purchases and people there are much friendlier. I wish they would build a Home Depot here in Medford and it would definitely take business away from lowes.
